Training & educating the employees, office bearers, existing as well as prospective members of all the cooperative and other institutions of Madhya Pradesh based on annual calendar and on demand.
Designing training courses for making available required trained and skilled personnel to the cooperative and other institutions.
Conducting Diploma courses in Cooperative Management & Computer application.
Organizing one to seven days short duration course on relevant subjects and 5 to 15 days Computer Knowledge programmes for the personnel working in the cooperative sector as well as for private candidates.
Organizing one year P.G.D.C.A. and D.C.A. Certificate programmes recognized by Makhanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrakarita University Bhopal.
Conducting exposure/study tours to learn from the best practices and success stories of socio economic development across the country for our stakeholder institutions and communities.
Literature concerning cooperatives are regularly published which includes guidelines on cooperative elections, work manuals, bye laws, service rules etc. for various coop. societies as well as important decisions of the Cooperative Tribunal and the Cooperative Act & Rules etc.
Publication of bimonthly newsletter 'MADHYA PRADESH SAHKARI SAMACHAR (recognised by the Dept. of Public Relations, Govt. of MP) focusing achievements in cooperatives sector, public welfare schemes of the Government and miscellaneous material provided by Govt. and cooperative institutions from time to time.
Folders, pamphlets, posters, banners, etc. are produced to provide information to the common people regarding awareness of cooperative initiatives as well as various govt. schmes.
Working as a human resource service provider agency through our empanelled professional agencies with govt. approval.
The Union also endevours to bring students and youth into the cooperative fold by organising creative activities like Drawing, Debat, Essay and various other competitions.
Increasing awareness about cooperative movement in the public through state level Conferences, Seminars, Workshops on regular basis.
Apex Union is the proud partner of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY) and have already trained more than 3000 retail workers of cooperative sector. With this Madhya Pradesh has become the first state in the country to get financial assistance from the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna for the cooperative sector.
Empowering rural women through cooperatives - We have started master trainer programme for 10000 newly registered women cooperatives under National Rural Livelihood Mission (Dept. of Panchayat & Rural Development).
he Apex Union has prepared a draft Cooperative Policy for Madhya Pradesh which is first of its kind in India.
We also have successfully drafted the Work Manual for the Department of Cooperation.
Besides this we are coming up with the various work manuals for Primary Agricultural Credit Coop. Societies (PACS), Distt. Coop. Banks, Apex Bank, Collection of department circulars etc.
The Union recently accomplished the challenging task of training of cooperative leaders of the state on "innovations in Cooperatives" and trained about 20,000 people through 200 master trainers in record one month time.
The union has also prepared detailed project reports on Integrated Cooperative Development for the district of Dewas, Hoshangabad, Rewa and Seoni sponsored by National Cooperative Development Corporation, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer's Welfare, Govt. of India.
The Union has 4 Training centers across the state suitably located at Jablpur, Indore, Bhopal and Nowgong (Chhatarpur) and the fifth one is likely to be set up at Ujjain. All the training centers are having decent training infrastructure along with well equipped computer labs and manpower.
